All sales are final. Because the book and workbook are delivered instantly as digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is complete.
Why digital purchases aren't refundable

The book and workbook are PDFs sent to your inbox the moment checkout completes. Once they’ve been delivered, there’s no way to "return" a digital file the way you would a physical product.
The content can be viewed immediately
Unlike a physical order that arrives days later, you can open and read every chapter as soon as you purchase — so a refund would effectively be free access to the complete system.
It protects fair pricing for everyone
A no-refund policy on digital goods keeps costs down and pricing honest for every customer, instead of building the price of returns into what everyone pays.
